One cold winter day I decided that I wanted to create fun fingernails for myself. Having just moved across the country I only had three colors to choose from: grey, cream and an orangey-peachy color. I went with the grey and the orange just for fun. Here's a fun little step-by-step and what resulted:
p.s. this was all done during the boy's short afternoon nap, 20 minutes tops

The canvas. I started with the whole nail painted orange. |

I taped my dry orange nails on a diagonal with masking tape. |
 |
Let it dry about 15 minutes, and peel the tape slowly. |

Voila! |
