Nope, I lied. Twins who refuse to eat well - that makes me crazy fastest!
They want: cookies, juice and pizza!
They need: a rainbow of vegetables and fruits, whole grains and good proteins.
Cue: one super easy protein-packed smoothie. (appropriate for all ages!)
Ingredients:
- banana
- big spoon of PB
- squirt of agave
- silken tofu
- soy milk
- splash of juice
Blend everything with a handy immersion blender, or a stand-up type...whatever your pleasure!
Drink up and enjoy (as you can see, we did)!
I love my daily smoothie - made from scratch. I've never tried tofu though. So maybe that will be my next step!
